Internet Explorer is not supported. Older Safari and Chromium forks may work but aren't tested.

Desktop / laptop

• macOS — 12 (Monterey) or newer
• Windows — 10 or 11
• ChromeOS — any current Chromebook
• Linux — any distribution with a supported browser

Display: 1366×768 minimum. The map view and crew dispatch screen benefit from a larger display (1920×1080 or wider).

Mobile (crew tablet)

• iOS — 15 or newer (iPhone XR+, iPad 2018+)
• iPadOS — 15 or newer
• Android — 10 or newer (phones and tablets)

A ruggedized case is recommended for crew use but not required. The crew interface works on screens as small as 5".

Internet

• Office: broadband, 10 Mbps or faster
• Field: 4G LTE or better on crew tablets
• Latency-tolerant: the app works on slow connections; uploads of photos may take longer

Fully offline operation is not supported. Crew tablets need a working connection to update jobs and capture photos in real time.

Integrations

• QuickBooks Online — required for billing. Any plan tier (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, Advanced). QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.
• Google account — optional; works for SSO. Gmail and Workspace both supported.
• Stripe — optional; customer-facing portal payments require a Stripe account (you provide).

Hardware

• No proprietary hardware
• No special scanners or terminals
• Any printer that prints PDFs works for office paperwork
• Any modern phone camera works for crew photo capture

We don't lock you into specific vendor hardware. If it's a tablet or phone, it works.
